A relaxed, fun and romantic day celebrated the marriage of high school friends Belinda and Chris at Gomersal Wines. Belinda was accompanied by bridesmaids best friend Jodie, cousin Kathryn and niece Ariana. Chris was assisted by groomsmen best mates Duncan and Stuart.

Having first met each other at high school, Belinda and Chris were reunited 10 years later when Chris walked into Belinda’s place of work. We became good friends, said Belinda, and it soon developed into something more (Chris’ romantic side hooked me right in) and the rest is history! On Valentines Day 2008, we went out for a romantic dinner and then Chris popped the question when we stopped to visit our vacant house block on the way home.

Our immediate family live in the Barossa and our interstate guests arrived a week beforehand to share in the festivities and take in the beautiful Barossa. Having both my parents give me away, marrying my best friend, having such great friends and family to share it with, Chris’ beautiful speech and the perfect weather made our wedding just special. Gomersal Wines was the perfect setting for our reception. We loved the relaxed, rustic venue…the country feel - exactly what we were after!
