Brett and Lauren met whilst working at the tower hotel in Adelaide. Lauren, a Barossa girl had just moved to Adelaide to study graphic design. Seven years later Brett and Lauren were married at Saltram Wine Estate, where Lauren was accompanied by her two sisters, matron of honour Gemma and bridesmaid Kelly and flower girls nieces Mikayla and Arliah. Brett was assisted by best man older brother Nathan and groomsman school friend, Sam.
It rained all morning on the day of our wedding - but I wasn’t worried, I knew it would clear up. I was so looking forward to marrying Brett…I had waited just over 7 years!
We had such a beautiful day. The ceremony at my family church in Bethany (where my older sister was married 7 years earlier) was so special. Brett and I didn’t take our eyes off each other through the whole service!
Our reception at Saltram Wine Estate ticked all the right boxes; a rustic winery, beautiful gardens and surrounds for wedding photos and great food and wine.
THE BEST PART
The ceremony; when Brett came up to me at the alter and we joined our hands together as one. We looked at each other throughout the whole ceremony.
We had family and friends come from all over the world to celebrate our special day!
